Pembroke Records mainstay Serdar Bayram punches his ticket for the peak-time express with Drifting.

The title track fills the room like a subway charging into station. Dizzying bass stabs rattle off he tracks, while locomotive bells keep the crowd on high alert. The percussion hits like a freight train barreling through Central Station at rush hour.

Paradox offers the release a smoother, more melodic ride. Driving arpeggios weave through dancehall drums, evoking the chaotic subway buskers on a club night, when the tunnel becomes a cathedral for every commuter’s dance.
